Pour several spoonfuls of baking powder into the drain, and wash it down with vinegar. Allow the mixture to fizz and foam, then repeat. After several treatments, flush the pipe with a few pots of boiling water.
If all else fails, remove the drywall behind the sink, snap cut the drain pipe, and remove the clog with a 25 foot snake.
